PRODUCT PERFORMANCE & SPECIFICATIONS
Our quality assurance process covers every stage of the supply chain. Before production, we confirm technical drawings and material specifications with the client. During manufacturing, in-process photos and videos are provided upon request. Upon completion, a full factory QC inspection report is issued along with final inspection photos and videos, ensuring every shipment meets the agreed-upon technical standards.
Reliability is built in from the raw material stage. GSS operates China's only fully vertically integrated rock drilling tools production chain — encompassing steelmaking, rolling, and forging — under a single roof. Each production batch is assigned a complete traceability record covering raw material certification, in-process inspections, and final QC data, enabling full chain-of-custody from billet to finished product. This eliminates the raw material inconsistency risk associated with sourcing steel from external mills.
Prior to dispatching samples, we conduct a thorough technical consultation to understand your application requirements, rock conditions, and drilling equipment specifications, and recommend products accordingly. All manufacturing follows a standardized quality management process, and a factory QC report is issued upon completion. In the event of a verified manufacturing defect resulting in financial loss, we will provide compensation. Where performance issues arise from operational practices or geological conditions outside the product's specified range, our technical team will provide actionable improvement recommendations.
Rock drilling tools are classified as consumable wear parts and are therefore not covered by a conventional warranty period. However, if a quality defect attributable to our production is confirmed, we will actively work with the client to provide a compensation or replacement solution. For issues caused by geological conditions or improper operational practices, our technical team will provide improvement recommendations and product optimization support.
We maintain limited inventory for select standard product lines. For small-quantity orders, please contact us to confirm current availability. For large-volume orders or custom-specification products, production scheduling will be required and lead time will be confirmed upon order placement
Our MOQ is flexible and can be adjusted based on your specific requirements. For in-stock standard items, small-quantity orders can typically be fulfilled promptly. For non-stock or custom-specification products, a minimum production run quantity and lead time will need to be confirmed upon order placement. We encourage you to share your requirements so we can advise on the most cost-effective ordering arrangement.
Our sample policy is tiered based on business potential. For high-potential clients — such as established mining or drilling companies with clear purchase requirements — complimentary samples may be provided, with freight covered by the buyer. For mid-tier potential clients, such as new customers with defined needs but unconfirmed order volume, a refundable sample fee applies with freight borne by the buyer. For speculative inquiries without confirmed purchasing intent, both sample cost and freight charges are to be covered by the requester. We offer multiple export-grade packaging options including plastic carry cases, wooden crates, pallets, and open-frame crating. The most appropriate packaging type is determined by product category, order quantity, and mode of transport — whether sea freight, air freight, or express courier — to ensure cargo integrity throughout international transit.
We are actively evaluating regional market demand and the feasibility of establishing in-country stocking arrangements. As our business volume in specific markets grows, we will prioritize setting up local inventory solutions to minimize lead times for key distribution partners. We are an official authorized distributor of GSS, a leading state-owned rock drilling tools manufacturer in China. We do not produce the tools ourselves; we source exclusively from GSS and can provide the official authorization certificate upon request.
As the official authorized distributor of GSS — China's only rock drilling tools manufacturer with a fully integrated production chain (steelmaking → rolling → forging in-house) — we offer several key advantages. First, consistent raw material quality: GSS controls the entire upstream metallurgical process, unlike competitors who rely on third-party steel mills with variable quality. Second, comprehensive OEM compatibility: our products are fully interchangeable with Epiroc/Atlas Copco, Sandvik, Furukawa, and Ingersoll Rand equipment. Service life varies significantly depending on rock formation, drilling parameters, air pressure, and operational conditions. We maintain field performance data from multiple job sites and can provide reference benchmarks based on your specific rock type and equipment setup. Our technical team is also available to recommend the most suitable product configuration and assist with performance optimization.
Shank adapter pricing is primarily determined by two key dimensional parameters: outer diameter and overall length. A larger-diameter or longer shank adapter requires more raw material input and additional machining time, which directly increases the unit cost. For example, a YH80-T45-D45-620mm adapter is priced higher than a YH70-51-T45-610mm adapter due to its greater diameter and length, even though both share the same T45 thread type.
